Terrible customer service and brutal policy. I booked this a few days ago, my son subsequently caught covid and I was 24 hours late cancelling due to this, now they won’t refund me and are holding me hostage to staying there despite my son’s medical issues. I am still within date of their 14 day cancellation policy yet they want to take all my money for the full stay.

Service at the highest level. Perfectly situated, perfectly clean, perfectly charming place. Close to everywhere. Seemingly in the middle of a town, but at the same time on the shores of the ocean and close to stunning nature. The breakfasts here were the best we had during our stay in the Seychelles ... Special thanks to the staff! They immediately found and arranged for the dispatch of my belongings left in the room. I will be happy to come back here one day. 100% recommended!

We spent 4 nights here in November 2022 and were super satisfied. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated and are clean and spacious. WiFi worked great. The kitchen also has everything you need: cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, etc. A toaster, microwave and a stovetop are also available. The refrigerator including freezer compartment worked perfectly. Below the rooms is the reception and a supermarket (also open on Sundays). Which is very practical. It was quiet on the weekend. Nearby there is everything you need, bike rental, restaurants, souvenir shop. The daily cleaning and changing of towels always worked great. There is also a TV, safe, tumble dryer and a large balcony with tables and chairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again and again. Gladly again.

Забронировали номер на втором этаже в корпусе, который находится напротив ресторана, рядом пункт проката велосипедов. От порта 300 метров! Остались очень довольны! Так как уже не первый раз на Сейшелах, то знали, что с собой везти. Привезли замороженное мясо (баранина) и говяжьи ребрышки. А так же взяли макарошки и спагетти. Специи купили на месте, благо, что магазинов там много. На кухне почти полный набор посуды, уборка номера на отлично! Пляжей рядом, с хорошим заходом нет, приходилось ездить га Гранд Анс Бич и на Петит Анс Бич. Последний просто рай!!! Отдельная благодарность Travis. За помощь в размещении и аренде двух велосипедов!
