It is not bad, such as the room is large, the restaurant is delicious, and the location is convenient. Mini bar is free. Disadvantages: The hotel is very big and it is all up and down, it is really tired. The swimming pool is super crowded and the atmosphere is not too casual. And this hotel has no hot springs, I want to go to a special hotel to wash hot springs.

Hotel with a pleasant location, a rustic room, would expect more in relation to the cost of the hotel.Weak restaurant, breakfast too.For those who like healthy eating, few options. The breakfast is served at the table, but with few boys to meet demand, service is bad and delayed.

The hotel staff is amazing! Good breakfast and breathtaking views from the Volcano. However, we found out that for those prices you might get other hotels that already include water springs so you might want to consider that!

They were very strict about having a person added to the room and there was a dead frog in one of the hot tubs late at night- but it was afterhours lol. It is a natural hot spring and I am not really a nature-nature person. My friends didn't care as it is surrounded by the rainforest. Overall, I loved it and would consider coming back for a romantic weekend with my husband. More for couples or relaxing than a party group.
