Amazing Stay with Fantastic Hot Springs and Waterslides! We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel! The hot springs were a true highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating, with breathtaking views. The waterslides added a fun and adventurous twist to our stay. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, with a serene and inviting atmosphere. The only downside was the lack of dryers anywhere on the property, which meant we had to take some damp clothes with us on the plane. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with unique amenities, this place is a fantastic choice!

The room is quite big, but the toilet light is broken. This hotel does not have any good service. The rating was very low when I saw it at the beginning, and several popular hotels were booked. The environment is OK, and it looks good at first. But I encountered a nightmare later. When I just entered the hotel, the store recommended horseback riding and night tour. For horseback riding, what happened at that time? First, in addition to the helmet, there were no horse boots, which also caused me to be bitten by the horse later. Second, the flat road that I thought was originally turned into a narrow path. Sometimes 6 horses need to pass through the path that can only accommodate two horses together, causing squeezing and collision, and the horse's emotions are out of control. At that time, I was bitten by the horse next to me while I was walking. Fortunately, I wore long pants, and there was no bleeding from the wound, only red spots and lacerations. The merchant has no sincerity in solving the problem. The promised situation statement and doctor's guarantee have not been sent to me yet. The hot spring hotel, because of this injury, I can't take a bath, which caused me losses, and the merchant has no explanation.

You can soak in natural hot springs and see volcanoes. You can see many kinds of animals in the resort, which is a little far from the town, about 6 kilometers away.

The hotel has its own hiking trail. I saw tree frogs, armadillos, blue butterflies, etc. It was pretty good. The hot spring was also very good. Although it was not big, it was relatively clean. Overall it was a good value for money.
