We had a wonderful experience with Casa Luna! The hotel property is beautiful with an amazing garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious!
The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds...
We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!

Excellent location and facilities. Great pools, with several jacuzzis. Well-kept gardens with a path and aquariums. Pool bar and restaurant. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great service from all staff. Quiet place with excellent views of the Arenal volcano.
Room with air conditioning and fan, with all amenities.

Hot tubs were not hot. They were cold showers hot water didn’t work at times and the television did not have English speaking channels.

Casa Luna a little gem
Great place to stay, nice rooms, hot tubs, pool. Awesome breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and courteous

Casa Luna stay
Overall, a good stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. One annoying thing is the low WIFI (internet) speed and poor telcom signal (only 3G with low bars)

A gem in La Fortuna. Not in the downtown area but perfectly situated for our needs. We ate in the restaurant every night and it did not disappoint.

Casa Luna definitely set the mood for our Rain Forest excursion. Beautiful Resort Like Hotel with a lush landscape setting. It felt very secluded even though it was an only a 5 minute from the main street. The rooms are very private, spacious and clean. Our balcony had a view of the volcano. The grounds are very well maintained, we enjoyed the 6 hot tubs nestled away from the main pool. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nice dining in the restaurant .The message topped off our experience.
