We came on a Thursday morning, couldn’t get access until late afternoon, paid €150 cash deposit which we can’t get back as the reception is shut after telling us it would be open. Have tried all contact options available to us with no answers! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Disappointed with the residence, display with parking outside not available so paid outdoor parking and very expensive on the side Apartment advertised 2 bedrooms except it goes from the child's room to go to the adult room finally just separated for a small wall On the other hand very apartment clean, new duvets, and great view And very warm welcome from the lady at reception who is very friendly and helpful

Another stay at the Sud Océan residence in Vacanceole and it's always very good. With the swimming pool under construction, it will be a plus this summer for our next stay.

La résidence de l'Océan est vraiment très bien située ! Les pieds dans l'eau ! Un bémol pour la vétusté du mobilier, de la literie et du balcon. Nous avons été très bien accueillie, j'avais demandé un lit bébé et ma demande avait été prise en compte. J'avais réservé un studio (dernière dispo pour avoir un balcon vue mer) et finalement j'ai été agréablement surprise car il y avait une chambre a part. Dommage que le balcon soit vraiment pas en bon état (sol très abimé, mobillié vieillissant, toiles d'araignées) C'était très bien pour une nuit ! Rapport localisation/prix !
