Room was very hot and when turning on air conditioning, air goes directly in the face while sleeping, so it’s annoying. Facilities are old not cozy at all, ambient feels like a hospital. Breakfast was poor, only eggs as main dish. Bathroom amenities look cheap, as shower gel / shampoo are one single liquid soap dispenser which doesn’t even have the name of the brand or description.

This is a very old hotel with an air conditioner that's over 30 years old. I was on the top floor and it was so hot! The air conditioner didn't work at all. Lying in bed at night felt like lying in a pot! The room also smelled like urine!

Ubicacion buena, fuera del meollo. Hotel de 4 estrellas justas, pero limpio y buen servicio. Cogimos desayuno, no es nada del otro mundo pero suficiente.

La habitación no estaba mal, pero el AA se averió y empezó a escupir agua. Llegamos pronto al hotel y a la hora de hacer el checkin tardamos casi una hora. No había mucha gente pero en la recepción lentos no, lo siguiente. Nos quedamos allí por la boda de un amigo, por precio y cercanía.

Habitación muy grande pero nos pusieron dos camas en lugar de una para los dos. Está un poco alejado del centro de Segovia pero se tarda 5 min en coche y además hay servicio de bus más abajo del hotel. Por lo demás todo bien.

Пришлось остановиться в этом месте, не очень удобное местоположение, такси приходится долго ждать. В нашем номере сыпался цемент с потолка в ванной. Персонал приветливый .
