Puerta de Segovia Reviews

Excellent service, good location, and a spacious room. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

It is a clean hotel. friendly staff. convenient location

Room was very hot and when turning on air conditioning, air goes directly in the face while sleeping, so it’s annoying. Facilities are old not cozy at all, ambient feels like a hospital. Breakfast was poor, only eggs as main dish. Bathroom amenities look cheap, as shower gel / shampoo are one single liquid soap dispenser which doesn’t even have the name of the brand or description.

Very good

Without a doubt, an excellent hotel with unbeatable value for money (with a pool in summer). Highly recommended from any point of view. The size of the TVs could be improved, and the number of available channels increased. This would allow for longer stays than usual for those who simply want to relax in a hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, making it quiet at night. We walked to the main attractions (city center, castle, cathedral, etc.) without any problems (we are 77 years old) and returned by bus (€1.15/person), which dropped us off 300 meters away, although it was a 35-minute walk back to the hotel. In short, everything was fine.

The hotel has seen better days and is due for renovation to be worthy of its 4 stars. If you expect value for money, everything is fine, but don't expect 4 stars.

Good location. Quiet place. Good and varied breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff.

Comfortable hotel. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and there was parking available on-site. The staff was very friendly. Close to places to eat.

The stay was very pleasant and the hotel is in a great location. We would definitely like to return if we are back in the area.

I bought it because it said the pool was open, but it isn't.

The best thing was the pool; I really liked it. They should improve the air conditioning in the rooms; it doesn't cool them properly.

Good location, away from the hustle and bustle. A decent 4-star hotel, but clean and with good service. We had breakfast included; it wasn't anything special, but it was sufficient.

The toilet cistern was loose and water kept coming out.

An average hotel, nothing special.
