The service was excellent, the place is very well located and not far from the aqueduct. The staff at reception and the restaurant were fantastic. There's plenty of parking.

Uncomfortable rooms, good bed. Dinners with unsavory food. Unfriendly employees with the exception of one (breakfast on 28/1). All in general unsatisfactory. Breakfast little food, little variety and in the last one there wasn't even machine coffee

Very bad and unprofessional customer service. My husband and I travel often and we have never experienced such unprofessional and rude treatment. The attitude of the person at the reception was very bad. We stayed one night and it was enough. Spain has many places and hotels with very good treatment and respect. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Réception très sympathique. Chambre années 70. Le personnel bar petit déjeuner très très antipathiques il faut être de bonne humeur lorsque l' on s' y rend. Matelas de très bonne qualité. Si les chambres sont rénovées expérience à refaire.

El personal perfecto buen trato y servicial , limpieza muy bien, pero la habitación necesita mantenimiento de pintura y limpieza de cortinas, colchones cómodos pero carecen de protectores detalle que considero que es importante,ubicacion bastante buena
