Good- Medieval show we loved that!! - this made the holiday extra special. 360 vr daughter loved . Pool as per usual for Spain freezing but daughter loved the water slides . App easy for booking. Bad- child play drop off - poorly organised children getting bored and wanting to leave. Because one person was signing people in and trying to entertain the kids not sure what the other lady was doing. Surely one sign in while the other manages the gates. Seen this managed better else where. Bed felt rock hard but maybe because we used to a water bed. Internet awful !! No proper milk . Map was terrible made no sense. Spent a lot of the time confused about timings of huts especially towels not been open when wait it was. Also one night they made a corner of the golden arrow premium for some reason which confused us as staff had sat or there before which just felt awkward at the time and a in to have to move when my family had gone off for food. Ok- Food was ok - no tummy bugs, was grateful for the inclusive plus meaning we was able to have something different then usual. But still not the best ( I wouldn’t have paid the prices advertised). For sure the worst resort we ever stayed. Really disappointed. When we arrived we had a problem with our booking all inclusive plus. The resort didn’t care or make any effort to resolve. We are the guests and we had to resolve the issue between hotel and easyJet. Staff are totally unprofessional and incapable to solve anything. Guy called Sergio, totally unprepared to solve anything. I tried in the evening and was a guy called Michael who is extremely rude and incapable to solve anything as well. Zero customer service!!!! I had to call to easyJet and solve everything and make payment again I chase my refund after due useless service by the staff. We had the room with jacuzzi with is really expensive and not worthy. Jacuzzi are half empty, water stays at 35 degrees only, water is never treated. After few days water was totally yellowed and smelled because there no filtration or water treatment there so they can save money! Rooms are cleaned after 2/3pm everyday, really late. Most the time we had to wait outside the room so they can clean because always they are late. Again, extremely poor customer service, they simply don’t care about the guests, only about the money!!! It’s “all inclusive” hahaha but obviously they charge for no sense stuff, like gloves for the ice skating, no helmet required only glove which they charge also! Tennis court you have to pay! Plastic cups also you have to put a deposit! Karting for kids also you have to pay! Game experience only 40 min a day, which is q joke. That things remains closed till 4:30pm with no reason! It’s a lot no sense rules made by another no brain person! All the alcohol are fake, there no tasty of alcohol at all, you can drink bottles and bottles and you will fill nothing because they are fake!! This is really disappointing and will reflect on hotel feedback as I said we have receipt from both, all inclusive plus and room upgraded and hotel simply saying doesn’t care and nothing can be done. Another issue we had when they had a Disney Show, in the end they said was allowed to take a picture with Mickey and Minnie. We join the queue few minutes they start and a crew member said we are not allowed anymore because we are late. Totally no sense, they don’t have any empathy for the kids also. We start a argument and they said they make the rules and that’s it, no pictures because we are late. I do not recommend this resort ever, so much no sense rules they invented for no reason. They will never help you when you need it. Hotel staff forgot they need tourist to pay they wages, with this kind of attitude and behaviour not gonna take long to this place be empty!! Another thing if you have babies and need a baby cot they charge €7 euros a day for that. This never was mentioned when we reserved. They always gonna try to rip you off!! Check in is 5pm, which is a joke! We arrived here around 12noon and waited almost 5 hours to get our room with two kids to get some rest after our flight at 6am. Funn

Absolutely wonderful place for family and people that love these kind resorts. The cabin are well and bueatiful design cater for all types of family and have disabled access. Room service was absolutely brilliant.The staff are very friendly and try to help advanced if you speak a little bit Spanish aswell. There a kids club and my daughter loved it, aswell as the pools and slides, lots off activity to keep the whole family entertained. I deffo want to stay hear again. My recommendation is to get an earlier flight out as checkout is 10am and all inclusive end at 12pm, with jet2 they do provide a compliment lunch ticket.

Food was good, staff where excellent. Great for kids and family's, will book again in future. Cabins were clean and comfortable. Can get a taxi to most places very easily. Pools where good with great slides, kids club good and would recommend for family and friends.

The food is vile, definitely not 4* food, Most of it is cold. The juice & coffee are not nice at all. Cakes & donuts were stale. The trolleys what they transport the food on from the kitchen were filthy. Pools were like ice (we did go in may) children were ok but baby wouldn’t go in. Rooms were ok, little small, floors not cleaned my babies feet were constantly black. Beds really high so be careful with little ones. Had to pay 7€ per night to hire a travel cot, I’ve never had to pay for a cot before and been going abroad for the last 13 years. Shocking for a 4* resort. There’s nothing around you will have to pay 12-14€ each way to get into Benidorm or albir for restaurants, bars, beaches. Drinks were good, beer is cruzcampo. Cocktails nice. No bottled water, you have to either buy it in the shops or fill up at water fountains. Rooms have microwaves which is good for babies bottles & also CBeebies which was helpful. WiFi only worked on the first day.

End of day 1, from we arrived the visual impact of this resort is stunning. Every member of staff you pass says hello or good morning. Fantastic variety in food, drinks are great, so many sun beds you dont need to queue. Full waterpark quality slides, dont need to leave the resort. Hard to even get around all the facilities in this place. Only regret is that i booked 4 nights, coming back asap!
