Traveled to La Paz and chose this hotel because of its rating. It didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only drawback is that it’s located a bit away from some of the museums and tourist areas. Other than that, I would happily stay again.

Check in was done promptly and well, although we only arrived at 5.00 AM in the morning. Location is also good, close to cable car stations servicing the blue and white lines.

Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

Room Clean, Polite staffs, excellent location surround by grocery shop, shopping complex and lot of good food around.
Most of the facility such as massage, sauna closed on Sunday.

The location is superb as it is next to the cable car station. The views from the bedroom were amazing and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming upon check-in.

It was in a clean and safe location, and the staff were all very kind. There was a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious. They even prepared a lunch box for me since I had to get up early the next day and couldn't eat breakfast. If I had to say something negative, the water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but I think it's perfectly acceptable in South America.
