Clean and comfortable hotel in Ribes. We only stayed for one night, but parking was easy and the staff were friendly upon check-in. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and we slept well. Restaurant was great and we would return again if in the area.

We were 2 adults and two girls staying in a family room. Fair size but enough to sleep. Cleanliness and facilities in good condition. We were on half board and the products offered for both breakfast and dinner were very well prepared and with food that offered products from the region. Very good value for money, and very well located to go up to Vall de Núria (via FGC Cremallera).

Nos encontramos por la zona después de un día de trekking y probamos el restaurante del hotel. Había diversas opciones de menús y también carta. Nos decantamos por el de 25€ que incluía primero, segundo, postre y una bebida. El menú unos cuatro primeros y cuatro segundos a elegir todos platos de cocina catalana lo que parecía una buena opción. Para nada.. la comida más bien mala, recalentada y falta de sabor y textura.. y si piensas que con los postes se iba solucionar algo.. tampoco. Ninguna opción incluye nada genuino elaborado en la casa.. un desastre. Para colmo de bebida nos comentaron que entraba una por persona y pedimos vino tinto para uno y agua para otro y al pagar nos preguntan qué que nos cobra.. una botella de agua o una copa de vino... Surrealista...

Comimos 3 menus de 19€. El mio fue 3 canalones (normalitos) pedi trucha y me recomendaron filete de lenguado (entiendo que preferian quitarse el plato de la cocina) me equivoqué al aceptar la recomendacion. I un yogour. Servicio muy correcto. Calidad / precio carisimo. No repetiré con toda seguridad.

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones en general en buen estado,tiene aparcamiento 🅿️ si hay disponibilidad,la habitación es normal pero hay que decir que no le falta de nada,camas cómodas .El desayuno tiene un bufé pequeño de buena calidad, café buenísimo,todo bien ,la camarera es súper desagradable y controladora ,tanto te mira ,que su mirada es desafiante para el cliente,algo que impone ,he leído muchos comentarios de este hotel y todos apuntan a la camarera,OJO!!!
