West Palm Hotel

Worst stay of my life, place was litter run down, no bars on property, no spa on property, wifi didn't work the whole stay, and the room was roach infested, I killed atleast 2 every day. Room had trash under the bed from previous tenants, and no one came to clean room or take out trash for my entire stay, the pool was warm but had a lot of dust sitting on the water Restaurants food was good, and portion sizes where fine, some dishes where little over cooked but not inedible. Staff was friendly and polite.

Did not get what I paid for, room did not have a view. The Hotel had no other guest, and could not get an upgrade. The room that I got was No104 which is situated lower than ground level to see the pool. It also had a big back television not the flatscreen that I saw on the photos before booking.  Also had water issues. Water for about two hours after checking in, and had to wait until 7am in the morning when a truck borne supply came to fill up their water tanks.

The hotel looked liked renovations were going on. But overall not bad. The service could be a little better. Some personnel were supper nice and others didn’t know how to handle administration

The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two.

Decent room, restaurant only open for breakfast, AC good, wifi unstable. Very simple place, but does the job if you need a place to sleep.

There are no phones in the room to contact reception. Breakfast is pretty good. Wifi connection provided did not work in the rooms. Staff was hospitable. Should provide daily room service of clean towels and basic cleaning maintenance while guests are in rooms. Also recommended for reception to cut spare keys in cases of guests being locked out of rooms.

The internet was very bad the breakfast was not that good the roll was a few days old the too was moldy
