Beautiful residence near the thermal baths (about 3 minutes on foot) The apartment for 4 people was well equipped. Sufficient crockery for the 2 of us. Parking available on site. Didn't try the swimming pool. Person at reception very available. On the other hand WIFI problem

Dirty apartment. Trash can on the balcony. The apartment for people with reduced mobility left something to be desired. Bed too low, kitchen units too high. The bed isn't even made. So when you have just traveled 700 km and you are disabled, this is not normal. I take the cleaning option, €50 for 1 hour of cleaning, and when I arrive, at reception I am told that I have to clean the kitchen. I point out at reception that this is not mentioned on my rental contract and the lady replies "yes, you read it wrong", plus they take me for an imbecile. I reported the same facts to management in 2022, and I see that nothing has been improved. I do not recommend and I will no longer come to this residence

Disappointed!! I will not return When we arrived we discovered our apartment which first of all did not look at all like the photos on the internet (very dated apartment). Looking at the bed, there was no fitted sheet but a simple mattress protector with lots of hair and yellow stains. The floor had obviously not been vacuumed... When I wanted to put away our groceries, I realized that the fridge was really dirty, there were lots of crumbs and a product had leaked, there were stains everywhere. The mini freezer has not been defrosted for 10 years, it is impossible to put products in the freezer. The fridge doesn't produce any cold even if you set the thermostat to maximum... difficult to store meat or cold cuts. Concerning the dirt and dirty sheets, I went to see reception (because there was no question of sleeping there with such dirty sheets!) and the cleaning lady came to see my complaints, she cleaned the fridge drawer at my request and regarding the mattress protector she told us "I don't have another one so you will do without it". Regarding bedding, sleeping on a wooden board is the same thing. In the shower, the shower head has no pressure, you might as well wash with a bottle of water... Concerning insulation, you have the impression of sleeping in the same apartment as the neighbors In terms of soundproofing, I I don't know if it was the hot water tank or something else but it made a hell of a noise! And finally, wonderful idea of ​​not putting up a shutter even though the apartment is in front of a great street lamp...impossible to sleep. Disappointed with our stay, we stayed 4 nights but honestly if it were possible I would have asked for a refund and gone to a hotel!

Accommodation reserved via a platform (the added value of which is very limited). We were very well received and everything seemed designed to make life easier for customers (book with restaurants, city maps). Ideal location (between the thermal baths and the town). Comfortable and clean accommodation. In short, nothing to complain about!
