We were allocated a room next to the only room occupied by extremely noisy people, getting up at 4:00 a.m. to leave for work. For 30 minutes they kept slamming the doors in the hallway and talking like in the middle of the day! The room itself is in a more than poor state of maintenance...light bulbs that don't work, broken coat rack, numerous stains on the carpet, worn and degraded furniture, etc. Price of the room excessive given the state of disrepair. For parking, it's in the street and places are as easy to find as the Covid vaccine!
