Had a long debate with receptionist and they seems doesn’t understand what they are doing, room are smelly especially the bathroom. Location is decent where there are alot of shops near and the view from the hotel is pretty okay.

Staff is super nice
Bathroom was cleaned
But all I asked for before checking in was clean bedsheets and definitely did not have that
They changed room after I complained about it and it was the same

Bed was very comfortabele.
Floor was very dusty.
Didn't got cleaned in 5 days.
Had to ask for new towels.
Shower was hot and nice.
No shampoo
Outside noice was very loud inside.
AC was working but made a very weird and annoying noice. Sometimes it stopped working.
Breakfast was included but very disappointing.. everyday only plain toast with a bit of jam and powder coffee.
Location is okay.

I recently stayed at Sunrise Hotel and found it to be a good value for the price. The location is conveniently close to Komodo Town, making it easy to explore the area. However, it can get quite noisy at night due to nearby entertainment venues. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall experience.
