"Lazenda Hotel offers a basic yet comfortable stay with a convenient location, especially for those who want to be near town. The room was clean and met expectations for the price point — nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay. However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

"I stayed for total 5 nights in this hotel before moving out from Labuan for good. The location is strategic, near to many eateries and supermarket just a short distance away. The room is clean, the facilities is standard but accomodating. Frequent travelers, O&G peeps often stay here. Will definitely looking forward to stay in this hotel one day if I ever come back to Labuan."

One thing I really appreciated was the hospitality—there are many Filipino staff, which made the service feel warmer and more welcoming 🤍 The only downside is the location. It’s quite far from some main spots, especially if it’s your first time in Labuan, so getting around might be a bit of a challenge. Overall, a good and cozy stay—just plan your transport ahead!"
