Worst hotel I have ever been in my life. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, no hair dryer, no refrigerator, the quality of service is very, very bad. Otelin konumu haric hicbir sey iyi degildi, alakasiz ve saygisiz calisanlar, eski ve pis odalar, dus basligi bile yok hortumla yikandik. Oda da klima yok, buzdolabi yok, sac kurutma makinasi yok, kaldigim en kotu oteldi kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Stayed for 3 days, booked for a sea view room, they gave us (old) room inside view (same price) The air conditioning not working and as the room was set up for the sun, so it was like an oven. to be in a horror movie, very low lights. Hot water in the bathroom practically non-existent. Max at 8 am between the noises of work and those who clean the rooms wake you up. Breakfast was sufficient and staff quite nice.

Negli anni ci riprovo sempre a tornare perché è molto comodo difronte al mare e ha un bel giardino ma... ogni volta che faccio il check out mi dico "mai più"! Quest'anno ho trovato di positivo ascensore nuovo e colazione finalmente adeguata ma... la pulizia delle camere continua ad essere un serio problema, se finisce il sapone devi scendere alla reception perché loro non controllano la dotazione, all'arrivo carta igenica inesistente . Le ragazze alla reception sono educate ma totalmente spaesate... quando chiedi qualcosa ti guardano come se venisse da una altra galassia... rispondono sempre "non c'è problema" ma poi non accade nulla e quindi a me il problema rimane! Conclusione: è vero che è solo un 3 stelle ma davvero troppo sciatto. Peccato... questa volta davvero getto la spugna!

Mi meraviglia enormemente l appartenenza al gruppo Blu hotels! Catena a mio avviso, caratterizzata da elevati standard qualitativi sotto tutti i profili. Struttura abbastanza datata con camere poco pulite, vetri che non vedono una mano con un panno da diverso tempo, assenza di bidet, muffa variamente diffusa , odore molto pesante di vecchio in camera. Alcuni ambienti sono stati ristrutturati ma le stanze, almeno quella a noi assegnata, era in questo stato. Carino il giardino ma l assenza di parcheggio è l'indisponibilità del portiere a fare anche solo scaricare i bagagli mi ha lasciato sbigottito. Colazione con qualche elemento non proprio fresco.

Non so bene da dove partire.... Allora camere sporche, piccole, datate. Ce ne sono alcune davvero claustrofobiche senza nemmeno aria condizionata per far respirare. Alcuni bagni con la muffa sulle pareti. Per i pasti, nonostante ho segnalato l'intolleranza al lattosio, ho ricordato alla reception, in sala e chiesto mi sono trovata una pasta con dentro la mozzarella. Chiesto 2 volte e nemmeno lo chef era sicuro di cosa ci fosse dentro. Colazione per il mio problema inesistente, fette biscottate molli e il cappuccio di soia viene addebitato! (Io penso che se uno ha un intolleranza dovrebbe essere incluso visto che non è uno sfizio). Quindi il resoconto è che su 3 sere la prima mi sono gonfiata, la seconda non ho cenato e la terza pasta in bianco. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza e la pazienza della ragazza al bar. Brava!

Ottimo hotel sotto ogni punto di vista! È molto comodo per raggiungere il centro e la stazione ferroviaria è a 650 metri di distanza. Il personale è sempre pronto a dare suggerimenti e soprattutto è gentilissimo ed efficace. Le camere sono belle, pulite e spaziose. Cuscini morbidissimi. La linea internet wireless è gratuita e veloce. Dispone di un ristorante annesso gradevole esteticamente e i cibi sono di ottima qualità.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel, fortunatamente una sola notte, in una camera superior, non voglio nemmeno immaginare le altre. Stanza sporca, bagno senza bidet, una doccia a dir poco piccola, tutto troppo trascurato, pareti, porte, pavimenti… A colazione mancava lo yogurt bianco, non di una tipologia particolare, semplicemente bianco; non lo avevano consegnato, sarebbe stato il caso che fossero andati al supermercato per rimediare, visto che non ero stata l’unica a richiederlo. Onestamente per quanto pagato mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più.
