The hotel is family friendly, having all facilities that is joy and fun for kids. The harbourland, habour town, laser gun, water park, game room are free!! There is playground and fun park (Viking and car ride). My kids really like this hotel and want to come back. The breakfast has variety of food and were really good. The room is clean and bed is really comfy. The bathroom is good with all functions that are needed. (But it's a little bit dark for me, I would prefer to have it more brighter, but it's not the problem)

The room has some wet smell which very smelly from the air condition. The room is very pricey so it should meet with the guest expectations like the amenities is very normal even the slipper not complimentary to take home. Only Good part is many activities for kids, however don’t forget to bring the harborland sock because even the parents want to wait at the sofa inside you need to buy the sock. This is very ridiculous. I totally understand the sock rule but since parent is gonna stay at the sofa area inside which just right infront of the gate, you need to wear harborland socks. It is not making any sense. The waiting area outside the chair only equipped for kids 3-5 yrs only! Adult can‘t sit . Please condisider the make sense rule! for socks.

The room is clean, but there is annoying noise from dinosaur figures outside, this sound starts from early morning until late night! We visites at the ***** holidays, so the hotel is very crowded. Many activites for kids, recommended if you travel with children.

Good to let the kids stays here

Had a wonderful time staying at Balcony. The staff was incredibly courteous, the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again! The room was spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant staff was attentive and made the dining experience very pleasant. I loved the pool and activities for kids. The facilities were well-maintained and clean. In summary, "Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service all around. Highly recommended."

Many activities for kids, mostly suitable for kids under 8yrs old. If older than that Balcony seaside is more appropriate.

Nice hotel with great service mind

The service was great. It's really good for kids but the pool was ok but i want to see better. My kids love mini Harborland. The Laser tag was amazing for my kids they enjoyed it So overall It was amazing

Place for kids. Mini harborland is smaller than Balcony Seaside. BTW, the room and space is more comfort than another one. Waiting area for kids in Lounge is fantastic. Love this hotle.
