"The atmosphere and location are very good.
but found many things in the house had problems. whether the hot water didn't work.the pool wasn't clean/didn't dare to use it at all.
Most importantly, I can't contact the landlord to come and fix it easily. It's good that Trips staff take care of it, follow up and try to fix it all the time."

"The room is spacious and clean. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable. But the door is still a sliding door. When I stayed alone, I was a little worried about safety. But I have to check all the door locks carefully. I found some doors were not locked. There is a water heater. Walk up 2 floors of stairs. The parking lot is a bit narrow. But it is enough for customers. Good price. Low cars like us, the entrance to the alley is slightly scraped by the speed bumps. Be careful when driving at night. The road is dark. If there is another chance, I will stay again. 🤍🙏🏻"

- The room we stayed was clean and well-equipped w/ microwave and 2 sets of kitchenware. The room was not so big, but it was separated into living area and bed room with air con in each area.
- Don't expect a huge pool like hotels, but it is big enough for exercising, very good thing comparing to other hotel or condominium is they using salt water pool!

TTriplemar FamilyThe hotel is family friendly, having all facilities that is joy and fun for kids. The harbourland, habour town, laser gun, water park, game room are free!!
There is playground and fun park (Viking and car ride). My kids really like this hotel and want to come back.
The breakfast has variety of food and were really good.
The room is clean and bed is really comfy.
The bathroom is good with all functions that are needed.
(But it's a little bit dark for me, I would prefer to have it more brighter, but it's not the problem)

GGuest UserAbout a week before the trip, I called the hotel to ask about an extra bed and was told that I could request and pay for it at reception upon check-in. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that no additional beds were available due to a wedding event at the hotel.
All they said was that I should have called again a day before my stay. This made no sense, and they offered no solution—not even an apology. I didn’t even hear a simple ‘sorry’ from them.

We reserved a lux room. But forgot to comment, asking for 2 beds.
I turned the key and found a bed. Haha.
Call the employee It's good to change rooms.
There is a swimming pool, very clean.
But the opening-closing time is a little late, 08.00-21.00 (if 06.00 would be very good).
Breakfast is good, can choose buffet drinks.

GGuest UserIt is a budget hotel and is utilized as a ”love / short time” hotel which I hadn't realized upon booking. However, it is cheap, reasonably clean and the service was quite good. The location was OK to travel east towards Chonburi or west to Bangkok and there were a few fast food places & a 7/11 nearby.

SSireethornThe room is okay, not very good, but the price is very cheap. The staff is good. The room is very spacious, like a condo. There are snacks for sale downstairs. But the problem is that you have to switch the hot water circuit breaker in the room yourself (I called the staff because the hot water didn't work). It's a bit inconvenient because if you turn on the hot water too much, the circuit breaker will cut off. You have to keep going to turn the circuit breaker up. If you don't have a car, it's a bit difficult to get to the accommodation because it's deep inside.

AAnonymous UserGood service staff The accommodation is a bit difficult to get to. There's no 7-Eleven nearby. The bathroom is a bit cramped. I heard the sound of the toilet flushing all the time. It's like the pipe is bad. The blanket is not very thick. But the air conditioner is cool.
