Perfect area for all activities around Lafayette. The rental met our needs, well equipped. The owner checked on how we were doing and if there were any issues with the rental. Great communications.

Not for elderly with mobility issues
This is a pet friendly place but very little space to take him to use bathroom. No grass on back patio at all, very little out front, all concrete or asphalt with huge potholes. The issue with mobility for older people like us was 15 steps getting up to the bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely no bathrooms downstairs. Try adding a half bath or even just a potty downstairs. The neighbors were nice enough, but the entire neighborhood was under developed structurally. The beds were very good, but it took a little while to get the upstairs as cool as the downstairs, so sleep was just a slight issue. I would not stay in this VRBO again! Not for senior citizens with mobility issues.

The inside of the property was clean. Neighborhood was unkept.Cute home. Could not figure out how to turn on ceiling fan in living room. Wish there was also a manual of information about property as well as surrounding areas.

Concert Get away
House was very clean, beds were comfortable, located in a central area. Just didn’t realize it was a unit in a complex of townhouses. Host was very nice day to communicate with and LOVED no chores!

Nice for what we needed.
This is an older townhome in a great location. Surrounding buildings and grounds could use improvement, but this unit was nice. Older, but well maintained and described perfectly.

Cute and cozy
Cute property. Was really close to all different kinds of shops. Property manager kept in touch and made us feel very welcome! Would stay here again!
