We booked the property via Agoda and were planning to spend there 4 nights with my husband on a business trip. The pre arrival conversation with the property owner Ms Nina was nice, she asked when we were planning to arrive so she could prepare the room on time. We informed we would arrive around 3pm, we were at the spot around 3:30pm, the gate to the property was closed, we rang the doorbell, the lady was shouting out of the window that she was not prepared, said “go away, I am not ready!”, asked us to arrive at 5pm. We were tired, thirsty and hungry after a connection flight so we headed up for a market, purchased some water and food and ate at the gate of the property. (There a garden around the house so the owner could at least let us in and ask to wait there). When 5pm came, the gate started to open, ms Nina admitted she was rude and that she forgot about us arriving at that time and preparing the room on time. We didn’t make a problem out of it and started to put our belongings inside the room. During entire time of our setting up in the room the lady would follow us and instruct that we are not allowed to drink or eat within the property, not to mention cooling water or food in the fridge, cause she needed space for her food over there. We adhered to that, even though we bought some food which went to waste cause of that. When we wanted to do some work on our laptop, it appeared the WI-FI was not working, in the room and outside in the garden. Ms Nina commented that indeed the Internet got broken few days before and that she did not have time to fix it yet. While trying to do some business work, we had a coke and asked the lady when we could throw the empty can away, she was rude again and informed us we were not there on a picnic and should not be drinking anything. She would be sharing her instructions nervously for tens of minutes, loosing our time. We were really nice, trying to understand the paint spots of the property owner but her attitude , treating us like intruders, not at all like guests, made us decide not to spend the weekend over there and look for other more friendly place. The pictures you see on the offer are totally not in line with the reality! No jacuzzi, dirty pool, dirty garden and dirt coming out from the air conditioning, and first of all worst attitude and service you can expect. We totally do not recommend the place, please watch out, the lady is awful and scary, she should not be the rented property owner, never experienced a place like that! We spend there few hours, paid for 4 nights circa 400 EUR, did not spend a night there, left the place on first day and the lady did not agree to the refund, even partially. Agoda refunded us only 30% since we did not have pictures to prove. Be aware of this place by the time it is owned and rented by Ms Nina.
