Situated within sight of the airport-it has its own shuttle bus service . Used by air crews. The hotel is some way from town. It has its own restaurant and fitness club. We stayed here twice. The second time the room smelt of cigarettes- I asked for another and there was no problem getting it changed. The rooms are modern and clean. There are lifts to the 10 floors. Check in was quick, though there was an error readily rectified in that the room had already been paid for. The hotel is quiet . The bed comfortable . There is a quiet air conditioner. There is a room safe. WiFi is free though slow. The fitness studio is small, modern, with enough machines to suit most. I found the buffet meals to be rather like school dinners . There are signs in English. There is a lack of variation in the menu. It is difficult to eat elsewhere unless you want an expensive taxi ride. Breakfast was buffet style , with choice , coffee on tap. For a airport hotel the accommodation is on par with those in the UK, though the food lets the place down and you are then rather isolated .

We hosted the annual Jehovah witness congress in San José da Lapa and the hotel is a good distance from the meeting room, about 5 km. The hotel's garage is also very dirty with many trucks on the site. The breakfast is excellent, I liked it very much, the bed and the dressing are wonderful, I recommend and want to stay home again, the owner is half closed, it seems to be no education, but it's his way, when you pull pop, you see he's a good person.

The hotel has a pool and academy that were disabled while we were in the hotel, you know why. Here are photos of the pool. And I walked over the pool. It has one per person, it is low and soft, and it is not careful, there is moffo in many points of the room, I know the dirt of the air conditioning, since my allergy appeared and other people who went to the same place. The coffee doesn't varied from one day to another, it's always the same thing, it's not bad, but every day is complicated in a week.

Hotel is super well located. Very clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Garage leaves a little to desire ... mainly in bigger cars. In general, the hotel is very good.

Positive points: the reception service at the check-in was very good, the location is good, in front of a bakery and in the side of a self-service restaurant without balancing and cheap. They also agreed to anticipate breakfast in 30 minutes due to a large public competition that took place in the city on Sunday. Negative points: - There is no sound isolation, even in the room I stayed, I had a locked door that gave access to the neighboring room and made me listen to everything they were talking, In addition, the windows do not block anything from the noise of the street because they do not have closure rubber. The rooms are also very close to each other, and to worse the doors make a lot of noise to open and mainly to close, so we listen to high noises from all over the world. - Air conditioning only works with weak wind. Hotel desk, parking, valet attendants were always kind & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean. Work out room & amenities well taken care of. Convenient location. Great breakfast, good food at restaurants - all the above I give 5 stars. However the organization of restaurant in the evening needs major attention, which is sad because the food is excellent, and so I give 2 stars as I’ll describe below. For our evening dinner we - and other guests waited more than an hour for food. It was obvious they were understaffed but no one checked in with us and it was hard to get their attention. When our food arrived, they forgot my elderly mother’s meal. Wait staff continued to not check in with us - and we felt ignored. Finally we spoke with staff and they got my mothers meal…about an additional 45 minutes later, we actually ate together. I complained to the restaurant manager and I was treated disrespectfully. I felt her meal needed to be compensated. His reply was “No - well she ate it didn’t she?” I was stunned by his rudeness and stood my ground that a 5 star hotel should not treat their guests this way. A waiter saw the ridiculous exchange and ended comping her meal. I noticed other hotel guests were frustrated too and had similar issues. At the very least all that needed to be done was for the staff to communicate,”Please be patient with us; were understaffed” etc. -That would’ve made a world of a difference.

I chose this hotel because it was a business trip and it was the closest to the commitment I had, but it is ”isolated” and is not close to the center of BH. The towels were clean, but they had a different and strange smell: the cover was excellent and the air worked super well, but there were tracks of travel bags rod in the white walls which I consider a bad pro room look. He was very dark, and as he was in a high floor, he had no noise, the fridge was working well and was very useful. I was expecting more of breakfast, basically with bread and few fruit and juice options. I was mad by the cheese bread, but it was cold, and the lucky is that the coffee starts early at 6:00, so for those who have a good deal. Finally, it was true for me because it was only a day-to-day and it was a business trip.
