Hotel Riomar

Clean and sufficiently sized rooms. The hotel is super well located, and the service is excellent, starting right from the reception. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I always come back.

The room was clean, toiletries were provided, breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant had a good view. The hotel is located in the center of town, which is very convenient. They also helped store luggage after check-out. However, the attitude of the front desk staff was a bit unpleasant.

I paid for two nights in a double room with a balcony and a double bed, but when I arrived they told me they didn't have that type of double room and sent me to another one without a balcony, with two single beds and a small window overlooking the garbage-strewn ceilings. When I complained the next day, they moved me. The breakfast was a disaster. The only good thing was the location. I don't recommend it.

The room was terrible, the soundproofing was awful, the windows weren't airtight, and there was always a rustling sound when the wind blew in. Guests on the same floor could hear each other coming home late at night; the soundproofing was extremely poor. The location was indeed excellent, but it was near a bar street, and it was noisy and bustling even late at night, making it impossible to sleep. I'd recommend it to young people who don't mind the noise at night.

It's within walking distance of the station and located near a lively street with cafes and restaurants nearby. Because of this, it was a bit noisy late at night. The facilities are old, but the room was spacious. There was a slightly strong air freshener smell, which I don't mind too much. I booked without breakfast, but it seemed that all guests were able to have breakfast.

Terrible customer service and liars

We booked and paid for 4 nights. We had a double booking on the first day and had to cancel the first day, which was no longer possible but they apparently kept our room free. When we arrived they gave us a disabled room The shower was clogged, the sink had rusty water, dark, only one small window There were cockroaches in the room and it was very horrible and dirty. The next day we got a different room because we were upset So out of the 4 nights we paid for we only had 2 halfway clean rooms. Breakfast was not satisfactory either. Wouldn't come again
