I really enjoyed my stay. The reception was very polite and helpful. They helped me organise a pick up driver although note is a paid service, but the driver was professional and he took us from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport. The complimentary buffet was incredible and we ate a lot. Nice location, very close to the airport. The rooms are gorgeous.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. Facilities are good but could be better like the WiFi which was a bit slow.
