The good news, decent building and great location. The bad news, no food for breakfast, no food for dinner, Internet at dial-up speed and some of the staff need to be sent home and told to get jobs where they don't need to be pleasant! I will book somewhere else next time. Shame.

Outside appearance looks ok but once inside, very outdated, furniture in room was stained. Resteraunt always out of certain items. Front desk staff not friendly. Roaches in room

It wasn't a pleasant stay at all! My experience there was HORRIBLE!!
The rooms by the pool side were run down. The bathroom smells like dumpster, water dripping everywhere. Little black bugs on the bedsheets. I did asked them to move me to the main building and I don't mind to pay more for the upgrade. But, for some reasons they refused and said that they don't have anything available. But, when I went online it was available I believe that they want me to bribe them before they could put me in another room or upgrade me to the main building. Even if I have to tip you...you have to treat me well first. I don't know why we're treating each other like that?? Because of EGUNJEEE!!! 😃 TOO BAD!!! 👎

The location of the hotel is central to many places. You can easily connect your way from there. The breakfast was great and very delicious.
However, I feel sad that I was checked in to a room that was not cleaned. I checked in to meet used soap in the bathroom, half roll of tissue and the room was so unkept. There was also one towel in the bathroom despite checking in as two adult (I was surprised to be told that they only provide one towel per room).
