I forgot to take pictures. Generally speaking, there are many hotels nearby. This hotel is considered to have a high hippie value, but in fact, it is a bit scary at night because few people stay and feel empty and can park for free. Most of the places where locals choose to stay are rarely seen with foreigners. There are hot springs nearby, so there are quite a few tourists.

Before going to the location, you will come across some slum’s area and poorly maintained road. Afterwards, A relaxing and serene place. The place is huge and great overlooking view. No need to worry as the place has great and friendly security. The resort is amazing but lacks maintenance in some parts. It has several hot spring pools with different temperatures. The kid’s pool with slide was not functioning. It could be open during summer season. I love the cottage that we had. It was very clean and nice bed. Also, had a kitchenette and small dining. The best was the private hot spring jacuzzi inside the cottage. There was some minor issues as the bubbling wasn’t working. I called the maintenance but didn’t worked. But, overall it was very relaxing and hot. In terms of food, the place has a barrio fiesta restaurant. The food was good. The service was amazing. I will definitely back come here.

The hotel is just adjacent to the school venue and a few minutes drive to the mall and restaurants. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We love the room, very spacious. They are also quite strict in checking the covid health protocol thus quite reassuring for the guests’ health safety. Although they can still improve in some areas.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.

We went to this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have booked a terrace villa but we are upgraded for free to a garden villa. The room was spacious with three queen size beds. Ambiance is very relaxing and you can have a very good night sleep as the villas are located away from the road. There is no TV or wifi access in the villas so its good that the kids have a break with gadgets. One thing that should be improved is to have telephone to communicate with frontdesk, housekeeping or restaurant. The environment is also relaxing as it has so many trees and picture worthy locations. The pools are clean and they have two sets of pools with adult and kiddie pools. Food was not bad but nothing special either. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is good, the price is not high, if you are free to travel, it is not recommended to live here, there is a parking lot. The buffet in the hotel is average, you know the wifi speed, a bit stuck, the hotel is a two-story room, I don't know where the router is installed, if the room is far away, there is no signal at all. Hotel services are still available, providing pick-up service, but the price, as you know, is at least five times more expensive than in China.

We booked 2nights stay for our wedding anniversary. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were escorted to our room (Safari couple) and assisted in bringing our bags. The room was clean, although it is small, it was very cozy and you'll really get to feel the glamping vibe which me and my husband liked a lot. The shower area has a bit of moulds but it was minimal. The mosquito net is a saviour though the one we had has a hole luckily not much of mosquitos during our stay. The jacuzzi is nice. When we arrived the jacuzzi was ready and warmed up so all we had to do was jump into it. They also allow using bath bombs or bubble bath which is really nice cause one would enjoy jacuzzi with that and also you can request to change the water of the jacuzzi especially if you are staying more than 1night so that everyday the water is fresh. We didn't request for housekeeping during our stay so they were quite generous on replenishing our amenities instead. Breakfast option is so so we'd say. Menu is bit pricey for us. So we mostly opted for grab food. Speaking of, we ordered Andoks via Grab for our lunch on our 1st day. We ate just outside our tent for our lunch. We didn't get to finish the food cause it was too much for us, in short we had left overs of Andoks (1 bangus + 2 quarter parts of chicken + 1 bbq stick). We covered the left over food nicely and left them on top of our table just outside our tent assuming that it is safe to leave them there since we couldn't really bring them inside our tent cause it would smell. So then we went ahead and took our afternoon nap and when we wake up and checked on our left over food to have it for dinner; we were surprised that some of it were partially taken. The 1pc bbq stick and 1 quarter of chicken were gone. My husband and I thought that maybe one of us had eaten it while one was asleep but it was not. We also thought that maybe the insects around probably poke into our food but then the food was still covered nicely when we came back for it. Somebody must have meddle into our food while we were away asleep. Tbh, it wasn't really a big deal for us cause the food wasn't really that pricey and we will be happy to share it to the needy but the thought of somebody was meddling on our belongings while we were just few steps away asleep inside our tent makes it feel odd. We hope security could be better in future. We went to swim on our 2nd day. We were at the biggest pool that morning when we were asked to leave cause they have to clean it. The staff politely asked us to leave and transfer to another pool instead, it was fine to us but we thought that it would be better if they schedule the pool cleaning not during the operating hours so that guests can really maximise the pool usage. Check out was smooth as well. We were assisted by Melissa. Have shared to her our feedback and she was apologetic about it. But overall stay was lovely. It was not the hotel staycation that we expected it to be and for me it was a terrible experience booking my family into this accommodation and having an event in the place. We have been to other budget hotels / accommodations before, but all we have been to were completely organised and clean, and unfortunately this hotel says otherwise. Their function hall may house about 50 to 70 guests comfortably and perhaps more than this number will be too constraint given you have the stage, food counters, sounds & lights, etc to consider too. When we visited the hall, it has a distinctive smell on which we couldn't identify, but it was definitely unlikeable and their carpets were immensely dirty. The lobby was casual yet I would say it's comfortable, but one thing that perplexed me was that they only open the aircon when we arrived and has to ask for it too (not sure if this is the same practice on other hotels), but I was just surprised that this is not one of hotel standards. We have booked three Superior rooms and our family were overly excited for the staycation as we came all the way from Bulacan and it was the very first time that we will be together in a hotel stay. Regrettably, the rooms were utterly smelly (amoy kulob), and the toilets were significantly dirty. There were numerous water stains and my mother found an empty shampoo sachet on which indicated that the toilet were not properly cleaned. Bath tubs were unhygienic too and the sink sadly were clogged. My mother was very particular with the cleanliness of the place as she herself has used to work in Housekeeping department so it dismayed her when she saw that the rooms and the toilets were not sanitized well. It was not being too fussy or inconsiderate, but we had two children (1 is a baby) and senior citizens with us so good sanitation of the place was truly vital for us.. The staff were not in uniform, so they cannot be distinguished with the other guests too, not unless they were in the front desk area. Nevertheless, I have to commend the staff as they were polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me out to print my documents needed for the event. This review is not to tarnish the name of the hotel, but for them to improve the service and accommodations (amenities & facilities) and to alert the management to strive more to establish certain standards in the hotel to attract potential guests and should not be complacent so that they can give the best hospitality they can. I really hope that they can work things out and push more to achieve excellent results and good reviews.

It's a sad looking hotel from the outside but it grew on me the two days I was there. Good AC, comfortable bed and semi-reliable wifi. The bathroom could have been a little bigger/better but I would stay there again.
