The North Building of this hotel is nice! The only bad thing is that there was a lady at the front desk who asked the waiter to let us change rooms... We disagreed, so she deducted more than 600 dollars from us and more than 200 dollars. I talked to the front desk and they said it was a mistake and the money was credited to the account three days later, but it changed again one day later. They also said that we didn't pay the room fee, and we were not allowed to stay if we didn't pay the room fee! This is common sense! I went to the front desk and the front desk manager again, and they said there was a mistake and the account was credited in three days. We then left the hotel, and still have not received any message. I have received about 900 yuan. I will continue to follow up on the progress of this matter! Hope this matter can be resolved soon!

The front desk person barely spoke and acted like we were bothering him when checking in. Same thing on the way out. We had fb walk around the block to check in and the layout was weird with how we had to park and then walk a block to check in and then back again. We didn’t see any staff the entire 3-day stay and no one spoke to us and it seemed like the staff was non-existent.it was hard to park in the underneath space with a lot of poles and other cars in the way. Then you had to climb up steep stairs to get to the rooms. The room was big and very nice but I couldn’t imagine trying to carry heavy suitcases up those stairs. Maybe it’s just how everything is in California with the weird layout and the way people acted indifferent or snobby and not welcoming.

Dead bug on towel for hands/ bugs flying all around sink area.. room smelled like a dirty gym locker room had to go buy a candle. Loud noises all night/ thin walls

Located in heart of laguna. South building was great. Nice room, appliances sushi as fridge, freezer, microwave, stove and kitchen tools. Ralphs is next door. Views from South building were great.
Alao has a bbq in courtyard. Room 1 was the best for 2.

Dirty and Run Down
I checked into this hotel but couldn't stay there. The property and the room are very run down. The carpet was old, stained, and coming up on the edges near the wall. Everything is very dated. I pulled back the blanket on the bed and there were dark hairs on the sheets. The room did not look or feel clean, and I left and went to another hotel.

Found insects as soon as we walked in. Pillow had weird orange stains on it, bathroom had a weird smell to it
