The hotel is cheap but location no good,its inside industrial area and no access to convenient store.the hot water is not working, feedback to counter but no response

The room I got is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. If you cannot carry your luggage, you have to ask for assistance upon check out (since they will assist you to your room upon check in).
The fridge (ref) is not working. Turned it on upon check in, not even a slight hint of cold in the morning. I did not check if it was plugged as I did not assume that it was there as a display (right?).
The water heater is a tricky part. It turns on whenever it feels like turning on. 😅 At some point it heats up then suddenly not.
The aircon is ok, works just fine. What i dont understand is where the not so good smell is coming from. It started smelling funny during the night. In the morning its ok.
Overall, the hotel is not properly maintained. I dont know if i can say that it is a value for money since it is cheaper than most hotels around the area. But it was supposed to be a business hotel, so i got my expectations high. Sadly, that was not the case.

Have a limited amenities but good alternative hotel nearby for a quick stay.
It does not offer breakfast buffet and you have to order and they will cook your main course with various choices.
The bed springs is too annoying.

The hotel is located next to a logistics park, which is very poor. 1) It was very noisy. On the first day, I was placed in a room with a window facing the road. I was woken up by motorcycles at 5 o'clock. Later, I changed to a room opposite, not facing the road, but I was woken up by a cat in the hotel's own yard in the middle of the night. It kept barking and was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. 2) The hotel is in disrepair. The elevator is broken and will not be repaired. The quilt and sheets are also very old and are not replaced.
