"The hotel is a picture of greatness of 30 years ago. Reception staff at night is unfriendly. The 15th floor, rooftop restaurant. Looks to be a homeless persons den with littered clothes and sigarrettes on the regular table. Other than that, the room and view was nice. Quite dusty still. But okay for a one night stay. Wouldn’t come again though."
