價廉物美了，健身房，游泳池。房間整潔乾淨，出差住了幾次了，很不錯。
住酒店的話，健身游泳都是免費的，附加服務真心好。

房間設施有陳舊現象了，比如馬桶污漬擦不乾淨、門套底部吸水發脹、抱枕和床旗起球明顯。
隔音效果不太好，門外講話清清楚楚。
住客素質明顯不高，第一次碰到了常開門的以及摔門的人，極不友好！
酒店設施不錯，有籃球場、游泳館、健身房，都是金辰旗下的專業經營範圍，所以入住即免費。此項加分。
最後提一下邊上的金瑞學府工地，早上5點多被工地敲鐵板的聲音吵醒，我還投訴到前台，沒想到吧居然是他們自己的產業。因為大床房都在東面、臨小區，所以入住大床房要考慮被工地影響睡眠的因素了。

多次入住金瑞酒店，對於金瑞的酒店還是存在較大的偏好，當然也存在較多不足
1.酒店設施破損，如衣架長期損壞，甚至因為衣架損壞使用把手弄破流血的
2.被褥枕頭臟污，有污漬
3.酒店淋浴沒有調節，直接從上方噴淋噴到身上，讓人毫無防備瞬間淋冷水
4.酒店水箱泥污，水龍頭開啟把白衣服弄臟，
希望酒店積極改正，給住店旅客帶來舒適體驗
