酒店房間挺大的，有張小桌子可以吃飯，旁邊還有張沙發，洗手間是乾濕分離的，整體入住體驗還不錯，下次有機會會繼續考慮優悦的

房間設施設備齊全，高樓層，環境不錯，可以看到柳州夜景。很整潔，樓下好多小吃。交通方便。酒店前台的服務非常不錯，很細心，客房阿姨也很和謁，服務周到。

離步行街比較近，走路10多分鐘就到了，這是酒店的優勢，酒店服務員感覺都是關係户一個個的沒啥笑臉，沒有服務意識，衹有前台有個年齡稍微大一點點還可以挺熱情，酒店沒有無煙房提供，隔音效果不好，凌晨4點我對面房間有個女的一直在敲對面的門，嚴重影響了我們的睡眠，最少敲了半小時，一面敲一面叫房內的人名，也不知道是不是吵架故意不開門的，當時真想沖出去叫她讓客服打電話給房內的人開門，最後忍住了，第二天起床立刻退房換了一家酒店

酒店實在不怎麼樣，1、定的43㎡，進房間看估計20㎡左右，疑似虛報太多，房間有黴味；2、停車不方便，沒有地下停車場，小小的幾十個停車位跟KTV、餐館、大酒店、按摩店各種店共用，自己去外面找停車位，旁邊各種修路，保安態度也不好，入住那兩天還下大雨，淋雨去吧；3、入住時退房超時要扣多少錢不説，到點退房不設定提醒，超過20多分鐘多扣了50塊錢。
