公正的説，這個柏曼酒店的前台和阿姨都還不錯，但是確實設施對不起這個房價，同樣兩百多的價格，其他城市的這種連鎖酒店環境和設施應該都比這家強。首先是地下停車場進去，以為自己走錯了……真的很亂很舊，前台解釋説是因為小區物業不讓裝修，這個倒不是大問題，住得最難受的是淋浴的水温太冷了，不管是晚上還是早上熱水轉到最熱熱水都是温的，都不咋熱，冬天這個水温洗的有點冷。然後就是酒店拖鞋連很多普通的酒店都不如……我尋思前幾天在別的地方住的柏曼人家拖鞋也不是這麼差的呀。老酒店重新裝修改的有點敷衍了……但是在乾衣房遇到的阿姨特別好，主動説等會兒烘乾了，幫我送到房間。忘在房間裏的鞋子退房後我走了，打電話過來提醒我，讓我回來拿。服務人員都很好，屬於是酒店的硬件設施跟不上服務了。

房間環境很好，服務也很好，工作人員碰見都會跟客人打招呼，最感動的是我忙忘記時間了，打車都不接單，前台小姐姐申請後，讓同事幫忙看顧，騎電車送我到動車站，真的十分感謝🙏以後再來來賓，必須住柏曼！

房間很好很温馨，無主燈設計很喜歡。電動窗簾很方便，梳粧鏡也智能便捷。
提供了四個不同硬度的枕頭供選擇，超出預料。
凌晨退房我自己都忘記了要停車券，前台還好心提醒了，很棒。
樓下隔壁就是24小時的超市，但是距離沃爾瑪其實距離挺遠。
馬桶旁邊的瓷磚貌似沒有清理乾淨。

柏曼酒店，離動車站很近，進入酒店空調非常涼快，而且撲鼻而來的香味讓人聞着很舒服，辦理完入住還有下午茶甜品贈送。酒店工作人員很熱情，酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，出行無憂。推薦推薦!
