"A comfortable stay experience that exceeded expectations. The hotel I chose for this business trip was full of surprises from booking to check-out. I must give a full score! First of all, the location is boasted. The hotel is near the downtown business district. It is especially convenient to go to customer companies and attractions. There are several local time-honored restaurants around, so you don't have to worry about solving the problem of eating. It was the evening when I arrived at the store. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. Not only did I quickly check in for me, but also asked if I needed to upgrade the high-floor room, saying that the view would be better, and the whole smile service made people feel particularly kind. After entering the room, it was even brighter. The room looked more spacious than the picture. The decoration was simple and modern, and the color was soft and relaxing. What I am most satisfied with is the sanitary condition, the sheets and quilts are white and stainless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the mirrors and countertops are spotless, and even the corners are cleaned very clean. The softness of the bedding is just right, the pillows have two heights to choose from, and people like me who have a bad cervical spine can sleep very comfortably. I can't hear the outside noise at night, and the quality of sleep is directly full. The breakfast the next day did not disappoint. The Chinese dishes were very rich. Hot dishes, porridge, buns, dumplings, siu mai, fruits were all available, and the taste was very authentic, especially the freshly cooked noodles. The seasonings could be matched by themselves and eaten. It was especially warm. When checking out, the staff also asked me how the stay experience was, whether there was any room for improvement, and the details were particularly in place. The second stay experience really exceeded expectations. Whether it is location, health, service or cost-effectiveness, it is impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to this city, and I will recommend it to colleagues and friends!"
