Location is perfect, walking distance from ski lifts. Room we had is a family room with good furnishings. Bunk bed for children. My only problem with the bed was that matrasses were separate on bed and slided apart, no support from the side. Children play area is good, outside inside. Breakfast and dinner is really good and delicious, staff very kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel to stay, no surprises just good experiences.

Hotel offers what we expected. The interior design and equipment is not an outstanding but is appropriate gor the purpose. The personal experience was “day&night”. We started with “snail ignorants” shift however the second shift was extremely professional. I left my opinion so they know “who is who”… At the end of the day: recommend for your stay

We have received a room at the very farest side of the hotel which was extremely cold at the arrival. After we claimed this we have been informed that the heating only works in specific time periods- started to work at 4 p.m. and only till 10 p.m. and then mornings from 6 till 9 a.m. but this was not enough to get the room warm at all. Is very unpleasant to come to a cold room after the whole day skiing. We spent all 3 days in cold room. Should not be an experience from 3 stars hotel. Breakfasts and dinners were ok.

That was our first stay at this this hotel. We were happy and were nice stay location is perfect and also breakfast and dinner. Room was quiet and good enough for our child enjoys a bunk bet. Improve please mattress and parking possibilities’.

Unser Aufenthalt war vom Check In weg sehr gut und wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben so unseren Aufenthalt aufgewertet. Auch die Lage des Hotels direkt an den Skipisten ist sensationell und erleichtert den Einstieg/Ausstieg in den Skitag mit den Kindern enorm. Die sportlichen Angebote (Tischtennis, Fußball,...) sowie der Spabereich wurden ebenfalls intensiv genutzt und stellen einen riesigen Mehrwert für die Reisen mit Kindern dar. Eine kleine Anregung habe ich jedoch! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, ich möchte dennoch anregen die Qualität des Cafès am Buffet zu verbessern. Das wäre toll!

das Hotel sollte wirklich nur als Herberge gesehen werden. Die Zimmer sind funktionell, aber alles andere als gemütlich. Die Lobby und der Barbereich sind sehr abgewohnt und ebenfalls nicht gemütlich. Der Spielraum für Kinder ist gut, könnte aber für ein derartiges Familienhotel größer sein.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Für Kinder gibt es reichlich Sportangebot. Leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und sollten dringend mal renoviert werden. WC-Spülung rinnt und Heizkörper fallen auseinander, etc. Qualität des Buffets mittelmäßig, aber in Ordnung! Keine Zimmerreinigung während unseres Aufenthalts?

Räume nicht ausreichend gesäubert, manches Essen schon eine Stunde vor Essenszeit aus, zahlreiche auf der Karte gelistete Dinge nicht verfügbar. Einige Urlaube hier verbracht, Hotel hat immens abgebaut. Vielleicht gibt es zu wenig Personal?
