"This is really a wedding/retirement venue and if you want a room on a weekend, not likely to get one. However, we have been there twice during the week and eagerly await our stay. The rooms are nice, the amenities are great. One drawback: no elevator so people not able to climb stairs are disadvantaged. Because it's a resort, they are not subject to ADA compliance (loophole). Comfy beds, great bathroom and a veranda off each room. The common area includes a full kitchen, eating facilities, foosball and arcade games. It only has 10 "standard" rooms but is inexpensive and was perfect for our purposes. If you can take advantage of this during the week, do it - you won't be disappointed."

"The location isn't in the city center, and the surrounding area feels a bit desolate. There's a large supermarket not far by car. The hotel's gym and swimming pool are quite nice."

"The hotel is surrounded by gas stations, a CVS, and a few restaurants, which makes it a decent choice for business travelers with a car. Breakfast is à la carte, and the coffee is Starbucks. The front desk initially told me there was no breakfast, but then confirmed there was after I double-checked. 😅"

"Amazing stay at this 200+ year-old inn! Beautifully remodeled but still full of historic charm. Staff was super welcoming and hands-on. Breakfast blew us away—fresh, made-to-order (not the usual packaged stuff). Eggs, bacon, incredible home fries, and homemade sausage gravy the next day—so good. Room was just remodeled and very clean, cozy, and inviting. Loved the connection to the original innkeeper’s family—such a cool touch. Already booked to come back this fall!"
