Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs™ Area, an IHG Hotel Reviews

I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

This hotel offers free shuttle services to all major Disney parks every day, and remember to book your time online in advance. If you want early park entry, you also need to handle that online beforehand. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a microwave and refrigerator, which is very convenient. Upon check-in, we were also offered a welcome drink, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel has a swimming pool, but due to the strong wind, leaves often fall into the water. However, there’s also a hot water spa nearby, which is great for relaxation. The laundry room is located in the WING Tower and requires token exchange, which is somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast selection is good, and the serving hours are long, but it would be better if there were more options for hot food. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective choice, especially suitable for family trips. If you don’t want to stay at a Disney flagship hotel, this is definitely a great alternative—clean, convenient, and highly recommended!

Room was a good size, large tv, bathroom was nice and had a tub which is always a plus when traveling with kids. We had great water pressure and hot water for our entire stay. Housekeeping was kind of hit or miss, they wouldn’t always replenish the cups, coffee, tea and stuff like that. When we checked in our body wash was empty and that was promptly replaced then the conditioner ran out before we checked out but that never got replaced. Rooms were fairly quiet, there are 3 elevators in the tower so we never had to wait long for an elevator.

Location is great about 10 mins walk to Disney Spring

The hotel was in the perfect location! About 10 minute walk to Disney springs, 20 minute shuttles to the Disney parks, and 20 minutes from the airport. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. They were kind enough to hold onto our bags after check out so we could enjoy one last day in the parks. We also really enjoyed the shuttles to and from each park, those were extremely convenient. The only negative experience of our stay was after we first checked in, there’s another desk when you try to walk to your room and the guy stops you saying you get a “free gift.” Just FYI it’s a timeshare presentation and don’t waste your time listening to him talk for 20 minutes about the new holiday inn resort. Highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to pay those Disney Resort prices! Very clean and convenient.

This hotel provided Disney shuttle bus and it is so convenience. Of course it is free. So I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is at a great location, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is a little smaller than expected especially the bathroom counter is hardly enough to hold personal hygiene stuff for more than 1 person. The breakfast is buffet type and kids eat free.

This hotel is perfectly placed to walk to Disney springs where you can take the transport to the parks or other accommodation for the restaurants, alternatively there is complementary transportation to all Disney parks. Free WiFi, tea and coffee and water everyday, staff super friendly and will help and advise you with any plans you want to make. We were given a high floor (which turned out not good for my mum) the staff helped move floors and for a small fee we upgraded without issue. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou
