Where is my security deposit? There’s no return after I left. Should not have come to this scam hotel

Overall nice hotel. Nice location, next to creek. Clean rooms. Yummy breakfast. Guests in room above us were loud- we could hear them rolling around on office chair or possibly luggage.

The staff were extremely helpful! The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms were modern and up to date.

The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even engaged in conversation proactively. Especially the gentleman that was there during the day.

I thought it was a very eclectic hotel. The decor was thoughtful and very modern.. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

All was good. It was a youths baseball weekend with a lot of kids and all was still okay. Check in was bumpy because we arrived really late and the attendant said we only had one room when our reservation was for 4 adults and 2 rooms. We had also called ahead so this was uncomfortable. Eventually we got past it and bedded down for the night.

All good…. Friendly team, clean, well maintained. Free breakfast. What more could you ask?

Our stay at Tru by Hilton Lake Charles was such a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Great parking space and convenient. It made our anniversary getaway even more comfortable and enjoyable while we soaked in that beautiful bayou view. I definitely recommend this location and don’t always go by negative reviews, pray about it and see for yourself.
