"Was so excellent!! Room as so clean and huge! Bed was so comfortable pillows were amazing! People all through were wonderful and answered all my silly questions. Beautiful look outs. Only complaint I had wasn’t on the resort casino but the hoard of children running wild through the halls and splashing and taking over the pool sauna and spa to where no one else could use it. But that wasn’t on the place at all just parents make sure your children are taught respect!"

"My first impression of this accommodation was bad. When you arrive, you find there's no reception desk. The hotel information says the hours are limited, but there isn't one; instead, there's a sign to call and check in by phone. In our case, this was impossible since we were coming from another country, so we had to drive about 40 km to pick up the key. When we arrived, we mentioned this, and the response was complete indifference. This information isn't posted anywhere, and they don't warn you about it. When we arrived, the room was spacious but had limited amenities. It was booked for two people, and there was only one bath towel—impossible to ask for more since there was no one there. There were a few hairs on the sheets."
