There was no microwaves and no breakfast unless you paid for it. Other than that it was a nice hotel. I just thought I’d get a microwave in my room and free breakfast for how expensive it was.

Staff both at the hotel and connecting restaurant were VERY friendly! Beautiful and quiet - even being NEW YEARS EVE! Definitely 10/10!

No body at the front desks for check in
Cleaning crew knocked at 8:15AM
day checking out!!!!!
Restaurant service, staff today around 10AM was awful, attitude problems We called b4 but no one answered the phone when we showed up (16)people they weren't interested!!!!! Not a good image for you guys or any business

The"king" bed seemed small for a king and was very hard. The rooms are small. No free breakfast and they charge $3 for the smallest carton of milk I have ever seen. Their attached Irish pub didn't have a bartender at 3 in the afternoon and closed at midnight on a Saturday!

Overall good property to stay at, one issue that drives me nuts is the add on charges instead of building into the price of the room. In this case it is a $10/day parking fee. We are talking a suburban property with a parking lot that was less than a 1/3 full during my stay. I get it when you are talking urban but in this case it just seems like a money grab.

Everything was great! Pet friendly, clean, quiet. Nice location to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown. Free easy parking. Often times no one was at the front desk, but when we did interact with staff they were all friendly and amazing!
