Best Western Plus Irvine Spectrum Hotel Reviews

From the moment we got there staff was helpful and patient and really nice, in general amazing staff. Once we got to our room it was clean plenty of space, love the layout of the room. Very clean plenty of amenities.

Great quiet location, which is not far from Irvine and even Disneyland. It is about 3 minutes from an indoor shopping center. I paid only $117 and stayed in a 2-queen suite with a living room and very spacious. It can sleep 6 easily with the sleeping sofa. It was such a great deal. The breakfast is in a breakfast room with a pool view, and the breakfast is pretty good with a few hot items. It also has a covered garage. For the price, it is a steal.

I loved the stay, only down side was on my final night there was a night checkin host, and she was giving me a hard time about my key that deactivated on its own, She was very rude and angry and pressing me for an ID, luckily I had a photo of my ID, but that was very dissatisfactory experience, She was working Jan 2, around 11pm, Made me feel like a criminal in a hotel I was staying and paid to be at. Other than that loved the place and great experience

The hotel is in Lake Forest. The suites are new and spacious. The transportation is convenient. Free parking is available. It is a typical American motel. No service and no bottled water. You have to rely on yourself.

Clean, friendly staff, unlimited coffee... It was great, and I plan to visit again. I chose this place after seeing 70 reviews praising the breakfast, but I was very disappointed. If you don't expect much, it's just average. Haha.

The service of this hotel is too bad. The front desk is a glass window. The receptionist is indifferent and has a general attitude. The next morning when I went to have breakfast, the male waiter in the restaurant was even worse. At 9 o'clock, he smashed the food as soon as I took it to eat, and collected all the edible things. What's more disgusting is that there were only a few eggs. I saw a hair just after eating it... It's disgusting. This hotel, this hygiene, this service! It's too bad. I have used Ctrip hotels for so many years and twenty years. This is the first time I see it is so bad. Don't go there!
