This B&B was amazing. We stayed in the Carriage House, Ann Stevens Room. It was absolutely stunning and beautiful. We had our own private large bedroom, bathroom and screened balcony with rocking chairs. The trees, birds and nature were so tranquil. The bed was so comfy and the hosts, Emily and Shane were fantastic. Full of history and knowledge and so inviting. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to go back again. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family. We made so many great memories in town, on the walking trail and onsite. Sooo many great things to say about it. Perfect getaway for us. Many thanks.

This is such a cute property and comes with more than described. We saw dear in the back yard the firat day. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for being so accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved our cozy room. We appreciated the peace and quiet. There was no TV in the room which was excellent for disconnecting and reconnecting with each other.

Very charming, super comfortable room with wonderful cold AC & heat if needed. We stayed in the Floridian room with a screened in porch & rocking chairs. The bathroom is huge & the bed/pillows were super comfy. We listened to the owls at night and saw a deer in the morning. The host Emily is extremely accommodating & knows the history of the house & wildlife. She gave us a tour and was super nice:). There is only breakfast offered on weekends & we knew that so we went into town to eat, which is no big deal to us! There is a bar in the carriage house where we stayed that stays open until 11pm on Thursdays. The house is down the street from Cassadaga. We would love to come back!

What a beautiful, serene, magical place this is! The owners are so friendly and helpful and full of so much knowledge about the area. We loved our stay and wanted to stay longer!!
