"This was by far the worst hotel of our two-week trip, and ironically, it was also the most expensive. I guess that's probably because it's located inside a scenic area. We arrived at a reasonable time, neither too early nor too late, and were given a room with an internal window. The window overlooked the hotel's hot spring pool, which was no more than 2 meters away from our room. Forget about opening the window for ventilation; we couldn't even pull back the curtains without being greeted by a view of flabby bodies. I tried to change rooms twice at the front desk, but they were completely unhelpful and came up with all sorts of excuses about not having any available rooms. I've attached a few photos of the view from the window, trying to pick shots with fewer people, but it was just disgusting. Be careful when booking hotels in Lake Louise. Banff Town offers many more options."

"Post Hotel is a Relais & Châteaux boutique hotel. The ambiance and attention to detail are excellent. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant that requires reservations and formal attire; the food is delicious. There's a swimming pool and hot tub, and the spa also requires advance booking. Lake Louise ski resort is nearby, less than a 10-minute drive away."
