非常正點的瑞士鄉間酒店。特別乾淨，瑞士民居特色。如果自駕，推薦這家。到盧塞恩開車十分鐘。不要和國際品牌酒店比。出遊住宿就是安全，乾淨，特色。至於奢華，那就是個錢相關，可鹽🉑️甜

Amazing stay we had at Hotel Balm in Meggen. Only one bus ride away from Lucerne main station. Our room is a family size room and it is very spacious. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast Is The Best out of all the hotels we stayed at in Switzerland for 2 weeks. Such generous variety and freshly served. The hotel does not have lift but Our hostess at check in lobby was most helpful with our heavy luggage. I would highly recommend Hotel Balm to anyone visiting Lucerne.

Only book this hotel if you are 100% going to stay here. I had a refundable room with free cancellation where I pay at the property not before my stay. They charged my card 10 months before I was planning on staying there the full amount of the stay. I was not ready to pay for this stay 10 months before my visit so I cancelled my reservation and lost $25 on exchange rate on my credit card. Don't waste your time unless you are fine with them charging for the full amount before your visit.

It was an beautiful place to stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. We payed a little extra to upgrade the room for the view and it was worth it. This was a great hotel to stay at. Would definitely come here again if I didnt live so far.

Property is in a secluded area but only 15mins by bus to Lucerne city. It is perfect if you drive around the area but do not want to drive into Lucerne city center.
The property itself is clean but very old school. They also charged chf20 per day for an infant which basically cost nothing extra

Good hotel to stay in. Have bus stops exactly at the gate. Great friendly people who are ready to help all the time. The only caveat is that the building is old and lacks an elevator to take the luggage upstairs. But people offer help for the same. Overall very nice to stay in here

Lovely, clean property with on-site parking. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend!
