Hilton Garden Inn Portland/Lake Oswego

Clean but outdated. Needs renovation.

Updated rooms and public space. Housekeeping is included, but they missed our room. They delivered fresh towels though. We didn't eat at the property, but they did have a reasonably priced happy hour.

Staff was couteous. I think there was some issue with the way the tap in the sink is designed. It is way too back from the edge and so was not convenient to use.

Great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Room service was great. Only drawback was ******* listed parking as free and they charged me $20 to park my car.

The room was clean, staff nice and easy check in. They woke me up maid at the door knocking at 8 am!! so remember to put your don’t disturb hanger on your door before you sleep. They also charged me $4 for water I didn’t drink but I don’t really care enough to call them about it, but still hate the nickel and dime mentality. I forgot to give my honors number at check in or they wouldn’t have charged for free honors water that I didn’t drink anyway… but that’s also annoying bc they should always ask at check in to remind me to give that. All in all it was ok. I stayed at the same hotel in Wilsonville the week prior and had a much better stay there. They are only a few miles apart but highly recommend the Wilsonville location over this one.

Great hotel ~ very clean and comfortable with nice staff! We have stayed here twice now and will be our hotel of choice in the Portland area going forward.

Hidden fees, especially with their breakfast. I paid $22. per day for breakfast and when I arrived, they showed me their menu and told me that my $22. only paid for the basic options, and didn’t cover their better breakfast items. Not enough room to list my complaints.
