The B&B is located in the center of Tekapo town, about 1-2 KM away from the Tekapo Lakeside Business District and the Church of the Good Shepherd, it's about 2-minute driving or a 10-15-minute walking. The entire B&B have the units, named one-bedroom unit (one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom), two-bedroom unit (two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom) and three-bedroom unit (three bedrooms, one living room and two bathrooms). Each unit is independent and there is no shared space. Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, electric heaters, and electric blankets to ensure warmth and comfort. Free Wifi is provided in the B&B, and the network is high-speed and stable. The two-bedroom unit and three-bedroom unit are equipped with kitchens and necessary pots and pans, so that delicious food can be cooked on the trip. Please note: there is no kitchen in the one-bedroom unit.

Hotel is in the mid-hill. So is quite far from the city. But it's a clean and comfortable stay.
Checkin is easy.

I like how the reception answered my call really fast and solved my problem when I can’t find the location. They have Netflix which me and my partner very enjoyed. Microwave and a lot of amenities very good. But very dark at night

The apartment is quite a distance away from the town centre, especially if you do not have a vehicle, do note that there is no uber in Lake Tekapo, I recommend hiring a taxi (NZD $30) per trip. Although it’s a hefty amount, it will save you a huge effort especially if you do not have a vehicle! But i won’t recommend staying here if you do not have a vehicle! Room is nice, clean!

Stayed 1 night at U1 unit. I liked this place because It was super clean & closer to tekapo lake. Only drawback was it didn't have a sink.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the facility, such as clean, modern structure and enough equipment. The view and vibe around the neighborhood was also great.
However, we were not able to find any refills for hand soap and dish detergent (also missing paper towels and less toilet paper than needed), so we were at trouble managing to make use of them.
Despite of that, I would recommend this place for the quality and pricing.
