Stargazing Tekapo Apartment

This room type is perfect for families or a group of friends traveling together, as you can cook your own meals and buy groceries from the Asian supermarket in town. It's also close to the Church of the Good Shepherd, within walking distance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The absolute highlight, especially on a clear day, is that you can walk up the small path next to the property to the hilltop for stargazing and astrophotography! (📍📍 Remember to bring a tripod, and in winter, it gets very windy, so be sure to wear a scarf 🧣 and hat 🧢). It's so worth it! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This hotel is excellent. The facilities are brand new, and the heating works perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. The views are also great. We were three people, and the room was clean and tidy.

This hotel has a unique location and stylish decor. The rooms are spacious, and the price is very reasonable – excellent value for money! 👍

This guesthouse is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The house itself was surprisingly spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed: an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes you could ask for. There was also heating in every room. Each room even had its own private bathroom, perfect for both showers and baths. From the living room, whether you're reading, eating, or just lounging on the sofa gazing out the window, you get stunning views of the distant snow-capped mountains and the beautiful Lake Tekapo. It's a shame it was cloudy, so we didn't get to see the stars, but a little regret just gives us more reason to come back again.

Great location and a very clean room.

Overall, it's pretty good.
