The room facilities are very new and exceptionally clean, and the host even provided breakfast ingredients. Parking right in the driveway was very convenient. The surrounding area is also very quiet, feeling like a newly built neighborhood.

Received the check in instructions day before and check in was easy. The small house is up to expectations, nice and clean. Love the kitchen with full utensils and dish washer. The owner provided some breads, eggs and milk as breakfast which was a nice touch. Small recommendation is to change the cooking pan and it would be great if the bed size is bigger.

Location: Perched on a hill, it's a bit of a walk but very quiet. It's about a 15-minute uphill stroll from Tekapo's main street. Ambiance: It feels very much like a home owned by a Chinese host, which is a comfortable style, for example, they provide facial tissues. Cleanliness: Extremely clean. Facilities: The kitchen facilities are comprehensive, making it very convenient to prepare simple meals. Service: Communication was smooth leading up to check-in. However, for some unknown reason, the host became unreachable two hours before check-in on the day itself. Otherwise, the check-in experience would have been even smoother. Overall, it's definitely worth booking!

Unit was easy to find, check in was a breeze. Kitchen was surprisingly spacious and clean! More could be done with the heating, felt likewe were in a little container and we were really cold throughout most of our stay. Otherwise it was wonderful and well located.
