The rooms are very spacious, even the bathroom is huge, and the whole place is extremely clean. Highly recommended! Both bedrooms are a good size, and the balcony offers a beautiful lake view. It's a great fit for four people~

This hotel is located right by the lake and the main bridge, offering stunning views of the blue lake from the room's floor-to-ceiling windows. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Church of the Good Shepherd, supermarkets, and restaurants. We arrived at 1 PM, and while we were told there would be a wait for check-in, the front desk attendant kindly prioritized cleaning our room. The room also has heating, so there's no need to worry about sudden snow or temperature drops! A great experience, definitely worth the price!

The hotel's location is great, right across the road from the commercial area and a church, making it convenient for stargazing at night. Checking in was handled by an older gentleman. He directly wrote down my credit card number and expiration date on the check-in form. This is the first time I've encountered such a practice, and I'm unsure about its security, so travelers should be aware. The room is quite large and clean. It has a kitchen for simple cooking, but there's no dishwasher. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes, and there's no sanitization process, so we boiled water and scalded them ourselves.

The location is quite good, very close to the Church of the Good Shepherd. You can walk to the church grounds at night for stargazing. There are no services, but you can cook for yourself as long as you clean up. However, the room location this time wasn't great; it wasn't facing the lake and was in a very out-of-the-way spot.

Even though it was raining and we couldn't see the stars that day, the beautiful Lake Tekapo during the day was still worth the visit! Thanks to the guy at the front desk (if I'm not mistaken, he was Korean) for giving us a super scenic room where we could enjoy the view right from our window. The hotel is only a few hundred meters in a straight line from the Church of the Good Shepherd. Highly recommend staying here for stargazing at night.

Aside from the slightly high price, the environment is quite good. The room opens directly onto a lawn, which made me feel a bit insecure since it's right by the road.
