Coffee, towels and basic bath amenities included. NO CLEANING FEE!!! Great little area, close to some local things to do. Felt like a little hotel room, with private access. Didn’t use the pool, but when I come to visit family again, I’d definitely stay. A little weird finding the front door, but if you read the instructions properly you’ll be just fine!

This was the perfect location for sleeping after a busy day in Central Florida. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The air-condition was perfect. We wanted to swim, but we didn't get a chance- though the pool was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was wonderful. The location is very close to Florida Southern, Southeaster University, and downtown Lakeland and just a hop and a skip over to Orlando or towards the beach!

Had unique smell that set off allergies immediately. Perhaps something to mask other smells. A mix of newer and dated in bath and furnishings. Shower has mold on ceiling and sides/floor. Overall cleanliness was poor. Guess you get what you pay for.
