Nice location & staff

The outside looks scarier than the inside. The rooms are nice, clean and smell good. The outside had me worried the room was going to be awful but it’s not. The staff were really friendly, even after arriving super late because of our flight.

Clean and comfortable room beds slept really well, the complimentary breakfast could have been much better.

For the price it was great. We only stayed one night. I don't think I would stay there several nights. The staff was very nice and like I said - the price was right. There needs to be an update on the bathtub shower. It was very old and needs replaced. Clean though. The same with toilet tissue holder - very old. Don't expect much for breakfast - very simple but that was okay with us. There were a couple of homeless men in the parking lot that yelled insulting words at us when we parked. It was later in the day so it was kind of creepy. The staff at the front desk quickly went outside to check it out. I'm sure they were harmless but doesn't look good for business. For one day - price was right. Beds were clean and it was quiet. Easy to find.

Air conditioning work well, plenty of parking space, staffs are nice and room is very clean. Nice staying for two nights.

The room was clean, except for the bathroom smells like sewage. Even the water smells bad. Customer service was great.

Room was clean & everything was working well; just not as good as similar properties, esp in br-fast area. Reasonable value for the price.

The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was dusty, and the bathtub faucet was old and difficult to turn on and off—especially to get the hot water running. They didn't provide a "Do Not Disturb" sign; consequently, the housekeeping staff would knock on the door every day at 9:30 AM to ask if anything was needed, which woke me up. I would not want to stay at this place again; the price for two nights was $458—far too high for the service provided.

The room was dirty, shower moldy, the air conditioning was abnormally loud and was not secure in the wall. The walls to the rooms must be paper thin! I could hear everything: talking, walking, every door open and shut; and the elevator going up and down all the way down the hall! I did not sleep the entire night due to so much noise and commotion! I will never stay there again!
