I've been to Ambleside many times and I always stay at 3 Cambridge Villas. In my experience, it is like returning home. Andy is such a friendly and kind host. He's generous with his time and has so much information to offer for things to do in the Lake District. The B&B is clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is as substantial as you'd like it to be, and tasty. You couldn't ask for a better location with so many restaurants, bus service two minutes walk away, as well as a variety of walks from the B&B. I've loved every visit to 3 Cambridge Villas and will stay there every time I'm lucky enough to return.

Super nice BnB in the middle of Ambleside. Andy was a very helpful and friendly host, and breakfast was delicious, also catering the veggie options. Also gave us helpful tips for walking, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location. Very helpful and friendly owners. Guest off site car parking with very clear understandable Instructions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Perfect breakfast. Would highly recommend this establishment. Will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at 3 Cambridge Villas. It was right in the center of Ambleside, with lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. Parking was arranged well and was just a few minutes walk away from the BnB. Andy was a great host and was very accomodating. His breakfasts were a treat every morning and he was also kind enough to give us some suggestions on things to do. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!

Andrew always welcomes us back as old friends and is genuinely interested in our welfare. Room 2 is the one we have always preferred over many years of staying at 3 Cambridge Villas.The full English Breakfast served buffet style is working well and was delicious.

My stay at 3 Canbridge Villas was a great experience! Andy made me very feel very welcome during my week-long stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were tasty and filling and the location of the B&B was central to the best of the Lake District. I will definitely be returning next year!

Had a lovely stay in Ambleside bnb was spot on right in the middle of everything Would highly recommend it and hopefully we will get back here in the future You drop your bags and park a couple of minutes away at the football club car park The breakfast buffet is lovely
